Incorrect item delivered?
- We take great care in making sure you receive the correct item. However, should we erroneously deliver the wrong one, please notify us within 7 days, and we’ll collect the item from you at no charge.
- Following which, you’ll have the choice of:
- Receiving the correct product (At no delivery cost or any other extra charges)
- Receiving a full refund.

Changed your mind about your purchase?
- We want you to be happy with your purchase, and so you may return most of our products in their unopened condition within 7 days of delivery for a refund (excluding original courier fee). We’ll be happy to arrange a collection and replacement delivery for you on your behalf (at the relevant courier fee).

Damaged goods
- Should you receive your item/s in a damaged condition, please notify us within 7 days. We require relevant photographs so that we can assess the extent of the damage as well as how the damage occurred and use the experience to improve our services, to ensure that it will not happen again.

Please Note:
- The returning item/s must be packed, in its original packaging, in another box with sufficient protective packaging so that it can travel safely back to us.
- Returns that are not in accordance with the above instructions will incur a 10% repackaging fee.
