  • Cost of Delivery is charged on a variable rate depending on: weight and size of the order as well as your address, which is automatically calculated on checkout.

  1. Regional Areas: Gauteng

Shipping Time: 1-4 Business Days

      • Order processing: 1-2 days to obtain and pack orders from our warehouses.
      • Courier delivery: 1-2 days for courier collection and delivery to your door. (This is dependent on the Courier service.)

2. National Areas: Northern Cape, Eastern Cape, Western Cape, KZN, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, Free State

Shipping Time: 2-5 Business Days

      • Order processing: 1-2 days to obtain and pack orders from our warehouses.
      • Courier delivery: 2-3 days for courier collection and delivery to your door. (This is dependent on the Courier service.)

3. Outlying/Remote Areas

Shipping Time: 2-6 Business Days

      • Order processing: 1-2 days to obtain and pack orders from our warehouses.
      • Courier delivery: 3-4 days for courier collection and delivery to your door. (This is dependent on the Courier service.)
  • Shipping will be done by our courier service providers on weekdays between 8am and 4:30pm.
  • On the rare occasion that we have a delay due to any stock or delivery problems, we will always contact you to let you know.

Melted Products

  • Due to the hot weather experienced in South Africa we are unable to take responsibility once products leave our premises. Chocolates and all other products that are subject to melting are bought at the customers discretion. All melted product issues to be taken up with the relevant courier. Sweets Online cannot be held liable for melted products.

  • We utilise FastWay and The Courier Guy for our courier service, due to their effectiveness and reliability! We will utilise either one depending on which one is the most cost effective for you and your area.
